This program is a combination of
 
Hinode Washi "paper making workshop"
Sakanaen "catching, grilling, and eating fish,"
Tsuru Tsuru Onsen"hot springs".
 
You can enjoy the whole day.
 
For those coming by train, we will provide transportation from Musashi Itsukaichi Station to Hinode Washi. After the paper-making is finished, you will be taken via "Sakanaen", where you can get off and catch the fish.
 
Next, you can go to "Tsuru Tsuru Onsen（hot spring）" in about 10 minutes from the nearby bus stop. From the hot spring to Musashi Itsukaichi Station is about 20 minutes by bus.

This program also includes free admission to the "Sakanaen" and "Tsuru Tsuru Onsen" for smooth entry.
 
Those who come by car can enjoy driving to "Sakanaen", "Tsuru Tsuru Onsen" and other spots with your car.

First, please make a reservation for paper-making in advance (by filling out the dedicated reservation form).
 
The program of "Sakanaen" changes depending on the time of year as follows.
April to September: Grabbing a handful of fish
From October to March: Fishing pond
 

［By train]

→9:30 a.m.: Meet at Musashi Itsukaichi Station.
(Take the JR Chuo Line bound for Musashi Itsukaichi)
 
→If you take the JR Chuo Line bound for Ome, change at Haijima Station.
 
→Take the JR Itsukaichi Line to the last stop, Musashi Itsukaichi Station, and meet at 9:30 a.m.
 
→Take a courtesy car to "Hinode Washi".
 
→Around 12:00: Courtesy car will take you to "Sakanaen". It takes about 10 minutes.
 
→13:28, 14:28 (weekdays), 13:45, 14:12 (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
), 10 minutes by bus to "Tsuru Tsuru Onsen".
 
→Take a bus (one bus every hour) on the way back to Musashi Itsukaichi Station in about 20 minutes. The last bus departs at 20:00.
 

［What to do at Hinode Washi］

Actually you can experience that the paper is made of wood.
 
You can choose between papermaking postcards or papermaking uchiwa (Japanese fan).
When making postcards, plants and other items can be included, but fresh plants will eventually die. If you bring dried flowers, you can put them in.
 

1. You will peel and pound the bark of the kouzo tree to make raw materials for washi paper.
2. You will make three postcards or a uchiwa from the raw material and take them home with you on the day.
3. Receive free pass tickets for "Sakanaen" and "Tsuru Tsuru Onsen"

［What to do at Sakanaen］

1. You submit your free pass ticket to the receptionist
2. You will enter the river barefoot. If you are worried about going barefoot, you can bring your own flip-flops. The river is shallow, so many children also enjoy it!
3. Catch rainbow trout (fishing pond depending on the season); 1-5 people can catch up to 5 rainbow trout (6-10 people can catch up to 10)
4. Grilled fish can be served at the restaurant (indoors) or taken home.
5. For a meal, you can order a rice and miso soup set (330 yen) or Masakado udon noodles (680 yen) for a fee.
6. If catching fish becomes impossible due to typhoons or other natural disasters, you may switch to the fishing pond (no extra charge).

*Not available from May 3 to 5 and August 13 to 15.
*Catching may be changed to fishing pond due to natural disasters (no extra charge).
If you wish to change to the fishing pond for your own reason, you can pay an additional fee on site.
Additional fee for the above: 590 yen (1-2 persons), 830 yen (3-5 persons)

［What to do at Tsuru Tsuru Onsen］

1. First, put your shoes in the locker and give the key and free pass ticket to the receptionist.
2. Relax and heal your body in the spacious bathroom, open-air bath, sauna, etc.
3. There are many spaces inside the building where you can relax and unwind.(Within 3 hours, it is free of charge. After that, you must pay 270 yen per hour separately).
4. Dinner is also available.
5. Bus stop right in front of the entrance, 20 minutes to Musashi Itsukaichi Station.(The last bus departs at 20:00)

Hot spring (within 3 hours 10:00 - 20:00, last admission 19:00)
Face towels are also available for 300 yen.
There is a cafeteria inside the building.
Tattooed people are also welcome.
Closed on the 3rd Tuesday of every month and twice a year for facility inspection

You can make 3 postcards, and take them home on the day.
 

Plants will be living for several weeks.but then it will die. It is good to dry flower.
